1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the AI Skills Lab platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. This platform is owned and operated by COGNOPEX TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U62011AS2026PTC031469), having its registered office at House No-05, Near Janata High School, Rampur (Nalbari), Rampur, Nalbari - 781312, Assam, India.

2. Enrollment & Refund Policy

When you enroll in our 19-day, 120-hour program, you are securing a seat in a limited cohort.

  • Cancellations requested more than 7 days before cohort start are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the cohort start are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No refunds are provided once the cohort has officially started on Day 1.

3. Code of Conduct

We expect all students to maintain a respectful and collaborative environment during live sessions and inside the community channels. We reserve the right to remove any student who violates this code of conduct without a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

The course materials, curriculum, and templates provided are for your personal use only. You may not distribute, sell, or publicly share these materials without our explicit written consent.

5. Modifications to Service

Cognopex Technologies Private Limited reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute arising in connection with the platform or courses shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Assam, India.
